आज़ादी की दास्तान

कहीं नयी कहीं पुरानी लगती है

कभी खून से लिखी कहानी लगती है ,

लब तो आज़ाद हो गए पर

कभी आज़ादी बेमानी सी लगती है..||

जब निकला चौराहे पर तो जकड़ती जवानी को देखा

गली के हर कोने पर मैंने मरते बचपन की कहानी को देखा ,

मायूस आँखों के भीतर तो ये पथराये पानी सी लगती है

कभी आज़ाद फिरता हूँ कभी आज़ादी बेमानी सी लगती है ..||

कभी जात कभी धर्म में इसे सिकुड़ते देखा

गुनाहों के दरबार में कभी अकड़ते देखा ,

कभी सोच से परे कभी उसकी ही गुलामी सी लगती है

कभी मै आज़ाद लगता हूँ कभी आज़ादी बेमानी सी लगती है ..||

फिर भी पाता हूँ अनेको रोशन चिरागों को

सिमटते अँधेरे और रंगीन नजारों को ,

नफरतो के बीच मोहब्बत की नुमाइश भी लगती है

आज़ादी तो कुछ ऐसी है जो सबको ही प्यारी लगती है..||

UTT: a new height for Indian Table Tennis

Ultimate Table Tennis, a table tennis league started in India and matches in three major cities: Mumbai, Chennai and Delhi. By this ultimate table tennis league now table tennis also enters in group of those games whose league format are already in India like Cricket, kabaddi, Hockey, Boxing, badminton and Football. UTT will take Indian Table Tennis to a new height and make it familiar to everyone.
Table Tennis is a indoor sport which is an Olympic Sport but its audience was quite low in comparison to other more famous sports. Now because of this UTT it has a great media coverage including electronic as well as print media. The main role of Ultimate Table Tennis League is to promote the game of table tennis and create more and more fans of this awesome game. This league will also increase the level of Indian table tennis players as they are playing and doing practice along with world class players. This is the first year of UTT and still famous foreigner player like Aruna Quadri, Doo Hoi Kem, Wu Yang, Par Gerell, Marcos Freitas, Kim Song I, Tiago Apolonia etc. Some of them is world top rankers and also Olympic Medalists.
So this UTT league is a new landmark in the growing table tennis sports which increase the level of this sport and opportunities as well in India.  

अंधों का शहर

अंधों का शहर है या आँखों में किरकिरी है
खुली हैं ये ऑंखें या धुएं से घुली हैं......'
रोज़ गुफ्त्त्गु होती है हैवानियत से तुम्हारी,
इंसानियत क्या मुर्दों से तुली है...?

इस मंजर को भी अपना लिया हमने ऐ आदी
हवा ही जोरो की कुछ उलटी चली है......
खून का एक कतरा भी काफी था झकझोर देने को,
शांत कैसे आज जब लाल पूरी ये जमीं है ......?

Yeah here is the drop of rain
It makes me forget all my pain
All things looks more clear
Like the birds and natures cheer
I cant sleep in the night
because there is thoughts fight
Now its my turn to make things best
Its my life only i can make it greatest

जो खुशबू मिली मिट्टी से

दूरी भी कहाँ दूर करे तुमसे
याद भी अब आये तो मन बहकाये
ये मूसलाधार भी न प्यास बुझाये
दिल में लगी आग कुछ यूँ मुझे जलाये..|
कि तेरा नाम क्यों बार बार मेरे सामने आये
जो चाहा सबसे ज्यादा भूलना सिर्फ वही याद आये..
अब तो जो आँख भी लगे गलती से
तो सपने में तुम नजर आये.....||

पुरानी कहानी

रातों की नींद आँखों के पानी के साथ बह गई,
न चाहते हुये भी याद बहुत कुछ कह गई..|
चाहत का ऐतबार मुझे पूरा था मगर,
दूर वो हुई और सीने में चुभन रह गई..||

देखी तस्वीर जो उसकी तो रवानी कुछ कह गई,
वक्त बीता तो ढ़लती जवानी कुछ कह गई..|
भूलकर सब जो लिखना चाही अपनी आरज़ू तो,
किताब के सूखे गुलाब की कहानी कुछ कह गई..||

Why Fundamental Duties are Important?

I was just reading something when I read our fundamental duties once again.. Then I realised actually the problem we are facing because we are not loyal to our fundamental duties. If we'll start following these then most of the problem automatically disappear from the country and society . 

I know you all already knew about it and read it so many times.. But today ask yourself that how many times you really following your fundamental duties. 

We all are very active and radical about our fundamental or basic rights .. Yes we should be but why we are not serious about our duties?? It is also a part of our constitution so we should follow this too. Are We all that much selfish that if something which is not beneficial for us then that is rubbish? Exactly this is what we are doing so that these intolerance , religious contradiction , anti national and ultra national and so on things are raising day by day. The energy which we can use for the individual and social growth, we are wasting for debating (pseudo debate) on these things and trying to prove our points. 

So once again read our fundamental duties ,not only read but understand them also and make them a part of daily life. You'll see the change around you.
