ख्वाब

कई बार वो मुझतक पहुँची ख्वाबो की तरह,
महसूस किया आँधी में जलते चिरागो की तरह |
तड़पती है रूह जैसे मिलने को शरीर से,
सोचा उसे मैनें उन इरादों की तरह |

नही चाहता था जागना जब सपनो मे तुम थी,
मदहोश खुशबू की तरह करीब तुम थी |
पर अचानक नीद खुली और तब जाना,
सच नही वह सिर्फ प्रतिविम्ब थी |

आज फिर जागा तो मैं रोज की तरह,
पर नही टूटा था ख्वाब हर रोज की तरह |
सामने उसे हकीकत मे पाया,
जाना प्यासे की तड़प को पानी की खोज की तरह |

आज भी शब्दों को अन्दर ही राख कर दिया,
सारी दिल की आग को भाप कर दिया |
नही सुना पाया तुम्हे दास्तान ए दिल,
और अहसासों को भी अपने सुपुर्द ए खाक कर दिया |

Are all GENERAL rich??

Is there no one poor  from General category, or all the reserved category people are below poverty line..?? Why the cost of all the educational/job form is high for general , does not matters whether they are rich or poor, and all the SC, ST are  exempted or have to pay very little amount . So many people from that category are able enough to pay that amount very normally. Now fee of educational institutions are following the same.. So I think it's not giving chance to other, this is forcefully taking the opportunity from the talented and deserving candidates.

Thats why all other countries are moving forward by taking the deserving Indians and India is going back from them by taking the reserve Indians.
