No Evidence

Today's big news that Salman Khan is now released from hit and run case.  Like me so many other are thinking the same that if Salman was not the accused then who was the culprit for that case.  So many people are blaming the judiciary and some blaming the law and order.  But judiciary can't punish anyone without any solid evidence.  It's the fault of people whose responsibility is to collect the perfect and solid evidence. So that it is to be said that "law is blind" because judge can give their decision on the basis of evidence only.
There are so many reasons for which Salman is released , like public prosecutor was unable to prove that Salman Khan was driving the car. They also failed to prove that he was drunk. The question raised now that if he is not the accuse then who is responsible for that death.  This judgement remind me the JESSICA LAL case.  As NO ONE KILLED JESSICA,  same NO ONE DRIVING THE CAR.
it's a big question for all of us and the question on our police image also.

  1. Judiciary if so blind sud stop calling itself house of justice. The judge court the system sud b for da people who are poor. Not to make fun of their inability to provide evidence. Its this impotency of the indian judicial system which is why an ordinary citizen has no faith on law.

  5. You are right that judiciary has to decide on basis of evidence only. But somehow common man can't help but think that there is no hope of justice when a high profile person is involved. It is so unfortunate that those poor people who waited for justice for 13 years would probably never get it.
